Caretaker is a short film about a young woman who finds her reality fracture around her as she attempts to reconnect with her withering Mother.
This beautiful, seven track accompanying soundtrack score was written by composer Rupert Cole.

Caretaker is an extremely personal film to me, it echoes pains of both the past and the future at the same time. I wanted to capture dementia in a way it had never been shown before, I wanted to delve into the psyche of both the one who suffers and those who share that suffering around them.
The film turned out to become something much darker and more existential than what I had originally had intended and it worked so much better for it. We shot the film in three days and it took over a year to complete in post-production and I think that attention to detail shows in every frame, I am so proud of this film and look forward to where it might go in the future.
